NDX stands for "Network Distributed eXperience" - a phrase which alludes to the idea that whilst we, as humans, are distributed around the planet, we are still netowrked through a shared eXperience. The company designs products which are grass roots tools for practical people. Empathy for the tool user, is our guiding principle. The company's standard for excellence revolves around helping people effectively. If we have made the user's life harder, then we have failed. A success condition looks like a person not even noticing that they needed the tool because the experience was so transparent. Our manifesto is simple: build tools that help people get on with their life, without unnecessary friction or complexity.
